We are located in the heart of Burgundy,
between Auxois and Morvan, between bocage, lakes and forests.

Burgundy
and its vineyards
Whether you come from the North or the South you will cross famous vineyards about 80 km from the farm.
In the north, Auxerrois with its AOC Epineuil, Côtes d'Auxerre, Irancy, St Bris and Chablis.
To the south, the two coasts of Beaune and Nuits.
But if you are looking for more confidential vintages, there are some fairly skilled winegrowers in the Coteaux de l'Auxois in Villaines-les-Prévotes, Thorey-sous-Charny or Flavigny-sur-Ozerain but also in Vézelay and in the Châtillonnais for the crémant.

Burgundian specialties
The snails of course, but those collected sparingly, of good size and only in July, and the gougères for which we gladly borrow the county from our Franche-Comté neighbors; eggs meurette or parsley ham.

To finish some cheeses: Epoisses, Chaource, Langres and Brillat-Savarin and you will need a step to ride a horse !

The Abbey of Fontenay, one of the oldest monastery cistercian Europe, a somewhat mystical atmosphere, especially in the winter in the mist.
The castle of Bussy-Rabutin, family castle where Marshal Rabutin was exiled for 17 years, favorite of the Sun King, after the publication against his will of " the love story of the Gauls ". A real period comic, in maxims and sarcasm was painted on the walls of the rooms of the castle.
